JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for overall Operations on assigned shift. Solving all problems that may develop during his/her assigned shift. Insure that all areas are staffed, and direct all slot personnel throughout the shift. Serves as witness on major jackpots and signs checks. May assist the Slot Director in evaluating and scheduling slot personnel on the shift. Maintain the highest standards of customer service and integrity in on his/her shift. Report any suspicious or unordinary actions to the Slot Director or above immediately.
