Description: Must possess a two year degree in Office Technology, paralegal, Business Administration or related field. Must have general knowledge of law and legal process, principles and practice. Must have general knowledge of operating computer systems and programs. Must be proficient in general office duties, such as filing, typing, transcribing and of working with the public. Must be of high moral character and integrity, never convicted of a felony and/or misdemeanor. Must abide by the Code of Ethics and Code of Justice. Perform clerical duties in court of law; prepare docket of cases to be called; secure information for judges; and contact witnesses, attorneys, and litigants to obtain information for court. Subject to drug and alcohol testing.
