JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Skills:
Description: Must have high school diploma or GED. Must have CPR / First Aid certification prior to employment, also must be certified in Vital & Glucometer Training within one week after employment. Must pass a physical exam prior to employment with the Community Health Representative program & a yearly thereafter. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must own a vehicle with a current proof of vehicle insurance. Must obtain Community Health Representative basic training and first responder training within a year after employment with the Community Health Representative program. Must pass Federal, State and tribal criminal background checks and incumbent is subject to mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
