Description: Must have high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle and automobile insurance, understand Lakota/Dakota language, ability to communicate with the elderly. Will be on call, conduct home visits, transport elderly, maintain records, complete reports, provide physical & hygiene support, make referrals, be available for meetings, & other duties as assigned. Subject to tribal background check and drug and alcohol testing.
