Description: Must comply with menus and follow it closely as well as post menus and document reasons for any change. When required to purchase foods buy economically and in quantity when possible. Must keep a recipe file. Must wear a hair restrainer, uniform and clean apron, practice good hygiene, and make arrangement with other staff when absent so meal can be prepared. Must serve food in a sanitary and attractive manner, keep work area clean, and store and label foods properly. Must have a food handlers card, obtain a medical physical on a yearly basis, and adhere to background check requirement according to 42 USC/5119.
