JOB DESCRIPTION
Supervise Food & Beverage personnel for each designated shift. Responsible for hiring and training personnel. Provide a solid customer service base for Food and Beverage operations, knowledge of all equipment, State and Federal safety and health regulations as well as liquor laws.
