Native American Jobs means exactly what it says, Nation 2 Nation/Native 2 Native. NAJ specializes in the employment of Native Americans, we are not your everyday job portal that is open to everyone.

We are governed by a Board of Director, have applied for our 501c3, and are very passionate about working hard everyday to accomplish the goals set out by our Directorship. NAJ wants to level the playing field for job placements for Native American’s both on the reservation and off. What other reason would there be to choose anyone else.
